| Making A Purchase Payments can be made from the UK by cheque, postal order, credit card, debit card, Paypal or cash in UK Pounds, Euros or US Dollars. Make cheques payable to George Mackie. | Shipping And Handling We charge postage/shipping on all orders. The charge will be added and updated to your shopping cart as you add products to your order. Almost all within the UK are sent by Royal Mail, although larger orders may be sent with a courier delivery service such as DHL. Our minimum postage charge to the UK is only £1.00, and the minimum International Airmail shipping charge is £2.00. Overseas orders are sent by International Airmail which is much faster and much more reliable than Surface Mail. At Football Heaven we strive to use the most reliable delivery services available, and try to make our charges as fair as possible. |

| Returns Policy We hope you will be happy with all purchases from Football Heaven but we understand that, on occasion, it may be necessary to return an item, and we try to make this process as easy as possible. You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after the goods are received. This is in accordance with the Which? Webtrader Code of Practice and the European Distance Selling Regulations 2000.. Returns should be sent to... We expect you to return the item to us as you received it and at your own cost and we will make a refund to you within 30 days of the cancellation. If you wish us to collect the item, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of collecting the item before making a refund. Either way, all you pay is the cost of the return postage.
