| About Football Heaven Football Heaven is owned and run by George and Teresa Mackie, two people involved with various aspects of The Beautiful Game, from following our favourite teams, to coaching and managing (on and off the pitch!) our local youth football teams. Our first shop in Pitcaple, Aberdeenshire, Scotland, opened in September 2000. Football Heaven went online in May 2001. We have now sold goods to over 100 countries and have many repeat customers from all over the world. Six years later we continue to grow. In September 2002 we were awarded the `Which? Magazine Webtrader Award which insists on stringent customer care policies and practices. Since then we have gained other awards which include being listed on the UK's ShopSafe website. We are also members of the Federation of Small Businesses, The Early Warning Scheme (CardAware) and we have also attained the Safebuy Assured status. We sell just about anything to do with football memorabilia, including books, badges, scarves, pennants, replica shirts, flags, souvenirs and videos. Should you require any more information (condition, etc) on any particular item, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us. We have a number of items not listed on our website (for various reasons), so anything you don't see listed, there's no harm in asking if we have it... |
| We aim to... Provide an honest and accurate description of our goods, especially when many of our items are `not new`. We want customers to be confident that they will receive goods `as described` and not be disappointed on arrival. Post items as soon as possible. Once payment has been processed we will get the order sent out the same day or the next day at the latest. All comments on the quality of the site are carefully noted and hopefully improvements will be made accordingly. We will try to please all our customers with a good, reliable service and hope that this will encourage you to use us again and perhaps recommend us to friends, etc Many thanks for all the kind compliments over the last few years. Hopefully we will continue to grow and add to our band of satisfied customers.
