Do you charge for delivery? | Back to top | Yes, we add postage to all orders, although we do try to be as fair as possible, that's why we don't have a `standard` delivery charge. We feel it's not acceptable that a customer ordering ten badges should subsidise the postage for someone ordering four videos. |

How do I pay using Paypal? | Back to top | Once you have chosen the items you need go to the payment pages by clicking on `Checkout Now`. Fill in all your name and address details including your Paypal id, which should be an email address, and choose `Paypal` as your selected payment method. Once we receive your order and get your items together we will then request the payment from Paypal, and in turn they will send you an email asking for confirmation that you agree to the payment being made. When the payment has been authorised by yourself we then finish processing your order and get your items on their way to you. |
